WOW! What a great experience working with you guys! It was such an easy experience. Patrick and I had been searching the internet for a used Lexus LX for months until we came across exactly what we wanted at TAB. We emailed you the night before to say we wanted to come down around 10:30 the next morning and got a response within the hour that you would be waiting. I personally know of several people who have been very happy with Frank, and Susan and I are buying a car from him as well. I think Frank does this for more for fun and to keep himself busy during his retirement years, as he is not trying to make huge profits on every car. Another friend of mine took his car from Frank's lot to CarMax and was offered $2000 more for it on the spot. Frank is willing to bend over backwards to help accommodate us. He also said if there is another car that you really want, tell him the year, make & model or a price-point that you want to spend and he will work on getting it from another dealer or at auction for you. ...
